Knights of the Hidden Sun Souls of Our Ancestors Episode 1 Part 1: Blood Dragon

I made a slight mistake with my last post. The first episode of the Hidden Sun Radio Show was on October 3rd not November 3rd. I made this mistake because I’m a dumb ass.

Regardless, the podcast is now available for your perusal. In this episode I talk a little bit about the show and what I want to do with it. Then I get on to the story. It starts off with a character named Rixel. A cursed weapon known as Croe’s Nail talks in her head. It eggs her to follow her village’s hunters as they hunt a blood dragon. I didn’t finish the story last Sunday so I will complete it this Sunday.

You’ll note this particular tale is fantasy rather than space opera. That’s because I want to introduce the Galaxy of Hidden Sun in bits and bites. I think this is best done on an edge world. That’s edge as in ‘edge of civilization’ as opposed to ‘cutting edge’. Our Rixel doesn’t know much about the Galaxy yet but neither do we so it’s all good.
